Bay and Cannon – Affordable housing

Praxy Cladding Corp, together with Schilthuis Construction, is working on the exterior cladding of The Bay and Cannon Affordable Housing project in Hamilton.

Our contract covers the installation of Blueskin VP160 by Henry, 10″ semi-rigid Rockwool, and Airoutshield UV by SRP. The subgirt system includes hat bars and ACS clips from Soprema.

The cladding features fiber cement panels such as Tectiva, Lunara, Linea, Pictura, and Natura from Equitone. We are also using 4″ aluminum siding by Luxyclad and HF-11F by Agway.
